Lately I've been playing around with our consumer focused products, especially now that I'm responsible for Consumer Product Management of Windows at Microsoft.  I tried Live Spaces about 6 months ago and was really disappointed.  However, I am very happy with how much progress we've made in such little time.  SkyDrive (think of this as a hard disk drive up on the internet, that is secure, reliable and allows you to access you data anywhere) is still in beta but about to launch and I'm really excited about the back-up and sharing features this will enable. 

 

I might close down www.mikeybarra.com and use only this site since it's free and really easy to update/adjust.  I haven't decided just yet and will have both sites up and running.  But expect to see some more pictures and some videos on the site (you can find the videos in the File Sharing section).  Let me know how well videos download (only get them if you have broadband...) and leave your comments on the site!
